This three and half year renovation was meticulously project managed by British owners. The property was entirely renovated, including the replacement of all mains plumbing and electrics. Bespoke lift/elevator designed CIBES glass system to all levels including panoramic view upon arrival to
roof terrace.

The main door entry system can be opened on every floor with a camera panel plus app. Access can be granted and visitors observed and communicated with from anywhere worldwide.

There is a full security system installed, including street camera. There is a micro cement finish on the top 2 floors with guest apartment tiled with Italian ceramic tiles.

Some areas were opened with steel beams inserted to allow small rooms to be combined into a light filled open spaces.
